Senior Sales & Go-to-Market Lead

We are looking for a Senior Sales & Go-to-Market Lead to translate the global Data and AI Services commercial strategy into effective sales execution and scalable go-to-market activities. 

You will lead the development and execution of repeatable direct, partner-led and channel sales motions, market-entry approaches, and commercial initiatives across the Data and AI Services portfolio, including brighter AI’s anonymization solutions. You will own strategic sales opportunities and lead the Sales & GTM function.

You will manage and develop a team, creating clear priorities, accountability, and effective ways of working. You will work closely with Global Business Development & Strategy, Milestone Sales, Partners, Product and Commercial Enablement to accelerate growth across Data and AI Services.

• Translate global DAS strategy into actionable sales and go-to-market plans.
• Develop and execute sales motions across direct and channel routes to market.
• Own and drive a portfolio of own strategic sales opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales coverage, routes to market and commercial execution.
• Develop scalable GTM plays for priority industries, use cases, customer segments and partners.
• Build strong working relationships with Milestone Sales, Channel Managers, Resellers and System Integrators.
• You will lead, coach and develop our current Sales & GTM team of four.
• Establish clear objectives, KPIs, priorities and performance management across the function.
• Drive pipeline quality, opportunity progression and conversion.
• Provide structured market and sales feedback to Global Business Development & Strategy and relevant functions.

• Substantial experience in B2B software sales, including experience leading and developing sales teams.
• Demonstrated success scaling revenue and managing complex deals (multi-stakeholder, technical audiences, 2–6-month cycles).
• Experience with AI, computer vision, or video analytics products.
• Experience building repeatable sales processes and using a structured sales methodology to improve pipeline management and forecast accuracy.
• Strong technical curiosity; the ability to turn complex technology into a clear business case for customers and partners.
• Strong coaching, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills; you build high-performance teams.
• Good Experience with Software selling frameworks and methodologies 
• Fluency in English.
